ok, this looks similar to the EVO style.... but 4 more holes (if i may so crudely put it).

does anyone have a pic of what this looks like on an rd1, or...... knows if it looks like crap?

never liked that style at all. looks kind of ricey to me. uneven. my favorite are the EVO and cadamuro. Nothing tops those two in my books unless it's the Vader RD2 hood.

 

^^^ my opinion exactly.. ricey.. it just has like 6 miscellaneous vents in it, 2 of them are just some stupid cut holes.. i think that hood is one of the ugliest, crappy designs for the tib..

theres no style or flow to it, if it was just the two big vents it would be fine, but then they added the holes and the small vents.

 

I dunno,... between this hood and the scoote hood, I'd say the scoote is a little uglier and riceier. fing02.gif

 

at least the scoote hood is ALOT more functional than this one.. and the only thing really nasty about the scoote is the front scoop, the vents are pretty neat, IMO.

this hood wouldn't let air in very well, and doesn't have very good vents to let the heat out..

the scoote hood would let a good amount of air in, and has big vents to let out all excess heat.

 

it's probably a good hood, any ventage is ventage compared to stock. but the design? if it were sharper, sleeker, thinner and a little more angled it might attract me. but i've seen this hood in person on a Sentra GT-R. it's pretty basic like, "yyeah, so you bought a hood ok"

the evo hood (zefiro) makes a statement. it says, "I don't exist above your headers b*tch"

 

ugly, imo.

 

i cant tell really, i wouldn't need a pic to see it,. but yes not very functional.
