i do like the rims a lot! if you paint/coat them gunmetal or dark gold it will look badass. i bet your son is really happy with what you gave him. he's growing up. that is a nice rd1... reminds me of, oh wait, mine!
i agree, the bumper put up quite a fight.

That car has never been in an accident, the fenders being bent and paint cracking is from when it got towed and dicked it up way back when cysco had it.
Actually, from some stuff we saw under the car with the bumper off, I'm 99% positive it was in a small front ender. Probably why Cyscoo got a new kit anyways.
No biggie, just some bends and rust that need taken care of. Oh, and he needs to replace that hack job bumper support.
LOL
Java saw the damage too, the supports that hold the bumper reinforcement are bent and rusted.

I got the Sorento because we needed a bigger vehicle to go camping with, to tow my car to shows, and because my son is too big to sit in the back of the tib anymore. As I previously posted, we didn't want my son's first car to be something modified, or that folks would want to race him in, so we sold it. We are working on getting him an old 1.8L Kia Sephia right now.

This thread is moving.
For anyone that's ever seen the old RD1 that I used to own, here's it's history.
User Cysc00 bought this in 1997, first RD tiburon in New Mexico.
ABQElantra bought it from him a few years ago.
I bought it from him.
He bought it back from me.
Javageek has it now.
