I noticed last night that my driver side DDM HID kit is brighter than the passenger side. I checked them to make sure they didnt get wacked out of adjustment and everything was even. Could this issue be because my ballast or bulb are going out on the passenger side?

 

Pretty good chance it's a bulb issue. Fortunately they give a nearly limitless warranty though, so you'll be ok.
