TO have a 100% custom lip done, it would be sorta spendy. It would be easier to find a car with the same width front bumper, and mount/modify that to fit.
Measure the distance at the widest point of the bumper. Then compare that distance between cars till you find one that comes close to matching (within .5" would be perfect, 1" not bad 2" barely doable). Then you will know which lip kits might fit your car. Then you have to try to do the actually fitment, and see if the bumper curves and such lineup, and if it is possible to fit it.
