SUp all.. i am 90% done putting on and molding my Cuda, so i am getting near the point of paint time. Questions:
1) Giving the fact that i have Silver wheels ( that i dont wanna change http://groups.msn.com/hyundaitiburon/bigbo...o&PhotoID=1080) and silver painted dash(which i can change).. and i still have the stock two toned black/greyish seats.. and will have blue neons in interior and hatch......what color do you think i should change to if i do? I am thinking of a dark, deep cherry/maroon color, but really shiny at the same time. I think it would go with my wheels and dash, but im not sure on it going with my seats. gimme ur opinions.. PLEASE

2) or should i just leave it silver?
3)how much should it be to paint the whole car and kit the same color? and how much should it be to do the door jams, hatch jam, and engine area if i do a color change? I got quoted 1150 for "top quality, showroom" paint job, but that seemed kind of high, and 200 extra if i change colors suicide .. i did a search but only found prices on kits to be painted.

Don't stay silver, anything but that, everybody has a silver car... I really like Spiffywerks' White Cuda, but I wouldn't wanna steal his shine... the dark red sounds appealing...

 

SuperGLS... i want that deep red color.. but im having trouble setting my mind on it.. it would go with my silver rims, and could get the dash painted the same color deep red.. but the seats and neons are what im worried about.. blue neons and black/grey leather seats dont seem to go good with it.. any other colors u suggest? and pics?

i forgot about that license plate place on the front....looks like when i get mine filled in with fiberglass i'm gonna have to have them fix that as well...i'm not drilling holes into my kit when it gets on! i like the deep red color...sounds better and more appealing. everyone DOES have a silver car it seems.....although white would be nice too. then it would go with your seats and neons.....

 

so i guess your getting a cuda too? when you getting it? and as far as drilling holes in your kit, do u mean on the exterior or no holes anywhere even for intallation? And i think it is staying silver, ran into some problems with my kit though, i need to redo the whole thing now sad.gif

i already have the kit...had it for a month or so now. just don't have the money to put it on yet...i'm getting the whole car repainted when it gets put on. as for drilling holes...i mean in the front bumper for the license plate...in va we have to have 2 plates....what happened to the kit? the front bumper in one corner is chipped....other than that....it's good. hope everything works out.
