Cobalt Blue Phat 5?

I'd like some expert advice and/or oppinions.
My rims are chipping. I'm thinking about getting them powdercoated when i get to south carolina. I was looking at some powdercoating options and i did not see blue with metalic flake. I found a blue that was about the same color as cobalt and some metalic flake.
I'd like to know:
can the phat 5 be powdercoated?
what price should i expect for powdercoating 4 rims?
how long would it take to powdercoat 4 rims?
would it be possible to mix 2 types of powdercoating?
do you think it would look good to have a slightly different color of metalic blue on my rims and my cobalt blue vehical?
Any other suggestions for colors of powdercoating?
