Well, with a lifetime warranty I can't see a new one being sent out an issue. My best friend and I have both been running a set for close to 2 years with no issues.

It's just weird I heard all these good things. I fitted them into the factory housing (Scion 9006 don't need drilled caps) and one of the lights was loose in the headlight socket. I'm experienced with HID's, but it made me feel like this kit was cheap as my Halo HID's fit right in tightly and accurately. Did you have the same problems with fitment being loose?

DDMtuning refunded my friend only $12. They have an "F" at the BBB. http://www.bbb.org/san-diego/busines...-ca-171994695/
Enough said.

The bbb isn't a non profit, government monitored organization
Pay the most to them and you get a A rating
They have no pull and can't get a business to do ANYTHING
In otherwords f*ck the bbb

I have 4 DDM Tuning HID kits, and they've been as good as I could have hoped for. They've already lasted far longer than regular bulbs were lasting me. Only problem we've had is one of the slim ballast models occasionally doesn't work on the Tib, so we have to unplug the ballast and plug it back in. Not sure what the deal is with that.
