now ive searched and searched but does any one know of a company that makes cf trunks for out tib, also would like a sunroof bung and help. Would be greatfull

 

we dont have a trunk, we have a hatch, and no one makes em.. do another search on here.


no one makes a sunroof in CF anymore.. if thats what you are meaning. whats a sunroof bung?

Your only hope of getting a CF hatch or sunroof is to get one custom made, or to find one of the few people who got them way back in the day, and beg and beg and beg and get continuously turned down... until they get in a crash. Then pay a ridiculous amount for the used item, assuming it's salvageable.

i normally wouldn't recommend this but you could do an overlay. if you got that bumper on your car than i'm sure you guess could fab up an overlay

 

Im not that keen on working with CF personally.

When i had a civic that was what they called um (CF sunroof Bung) Allows you to remove the sunroof and all associated grubbins, therefore removing weight from where it counts, lowering you center of gravity

 

your wanting CF for the weight reduction, not the look, right? cuz i think kustomized will only wrap the stock hatch in CF, and not make a new hatch in CF..

you will have to find a custom shop to make you a CF hatch, and itll probably be VERY expensive.

yeah definitley overlay... unless you want to fund my experiments/supplies of making double sided stuff, which just amazes me so lol, if you looked up the supplies i told you to, you know how expensive it would be, and thats just for one side, i can just imagine how much some one would want for a real replacement.

 

Might have to just skin the trunk then, done it b4 on me civic dash
