i would rather start by getting a CF Hood

 

I'm not too sure about his customer service: I emailed him last week about a carbon fibre hood and he hasn't responded to me. People who run a business need to understand that they should respond to emails the same way as phone calls - within a couple of days at most. At the very least, he should email me back saying he received it and will reply by a certain date.

Anyways, if he doesn't get back to me soon, he will be losing a potential sale. One of the local shops carries Carbon Dynamic hoods and I may just go with that.

 

I'd suggest posting at HA.com in his thread, he's apt to get back to you quickly if he sees that.

Let him know about your feelings about his CS.

 

From what I understand he does a lot of traveling. I'd suggest calling the number on his website, and leaving a message. He has called me back every time.
