Blacktibs is supposed to be making some evo and reverse-vented hoods for us, I'm pretty sure he's still on that...haven't heard an update from him on it? And I think he was only doing it for RD1's.... There's a possible VIS CF Hood group buy, maybe save ya some money...
Read through this, I think it's ending soon...?

There is also the REDZ mako hood, and yes, it will be made in CF soon.

Well, I know those hoods are made for looks, but you guys do have to consider the fact that even if you managed to get air flowing through the scoop, from the air dam on the front bumper, that you would potentially, in theory, be causing lift.
Well...not in theory. At high speeds it would occur, if the scoop was much larger. You'd create lift because you're forcing air to come up from the front bumper and passing up through the scoop and over the car. And we all know that when you have slower moving air molecules moving across the top of the car, and faster air molecules moving across the bottom, you create lift. But I'm sure you guys have nothing to worry about, if you don't plan on making enough power to getting to those high speeds. (Note: Lift would cause the front end of the car to lift upwards)
Just a food for thought. tongue.gif:
