^^^ I was looking at that too but wasn't sure if an intercooler could fit in there. Apparently it can. Thanks spiffy.

i still doubt, if you had to cut the stock bumper, that your IC will fit in the studie bumper.. i mean yes, you could fit an intercooler behind any bumper, but it soley depends on setup, size of IC, where its mounted, etc..

itll fit behind the vader 2 (VS style) probably but unless you do that custom on an RD1 it looks hideous, because the mold most people use for the rd1 makes the front bumper about 2-3" higher than it should be..

this looks sexy on rd1

this, the knockoff VS kit, looks like complete SHIT.

see how the second one sits WAY too high, dont pay attention to the ugly rims, and ugly everything else, just the front bumper. it doesnt look right at all.. i personally like the first tiburon.. maybe because the color. maybe because the looks, maybe because its pushing 23psi on a holset, but i love it, lol

random had the ugly zefiro kit.. ya know that square one that ruins ALL of the tibs curvy body lines.. lol

spiffy his year is listed in the profile.. thats the whole point of having it there.. lmao.gif

Thanks socks.

I definitely like the first pics better, but usually when a car parks in the grass it looks alot lower to the ground. I may end up ordering that though.

Is it really that much of a knock off kit? I thought extreme dimensions was fairly well respected?

ok, even though extreme crapmentions is well respected.. all they make is knock offs.. there is NO real VS kit for the rd1 but most use the cheaper mold shown with the ugly blue car, and you would need a VS style bumper for an rd2 molded to an rd1 to get the look of the black car.

yes the ugly boxy zefiro kit has a good opening for an intercooler, but it wont probably stick out enough for you because you had to cut up yours soo much just to fit it.

what you really need to do is get pics of your IC setup, and where your piping comes out so we can see how much room you have to work with.
