Yeah well.. I have the same seat cover on my side, it just has a different design on it. It's a stylized silver dragon on my side.

did you sand before panting ? always wanted to do that but was wondering if you have to disassemble them.... and i don't mean remove them from the car

but like separate them at the pivot point ? where the spring is ....

I didn't disassembly them in that way, no. Just pulled them off the car and sprayed.

I just did that a few weeks ago on my whiper arms as well. Took about 5 mins to sand them, 5 coats of black krylon fusion that I used on my interior, put the whipers on the wrong arm, then kick urself, and re-install them. its a 5$ mod, that probly everyone should do.

I painted mine with gunmetal wheel paint about 2 years ago. Problem is rock chips chipped some of the paint away on the arms and now it's starting to rust. The cowl held up pretty well though.
