I just wanted to know how many of you out there purchased and installed the kit, and if so happened to come across the bumper lights that go with the kit. I desperately need some clears for my Z-kit bumpers. The kit looks mean as hell, and the Zefiro Evo-6 wing helps out alot with the fearsome look. I just wanted to know how many of you on the team had the same kit as I do.

And for the technical question, the mud flapps on the underside of the Tib does not extend far enough to be installed on to the kit and so it was dragging underneath the ride. My mechanic drilled a hole on the flapps and tied it on to the car with tie-wrapps. But when I hit bumps and hit hills as I drove I could still hear it drag on the ground, so I sawed of a big portion of the flapps to it wouldn't touch the ground when I did come across bumps and small hills on the road. How did anyone else out there solve this problem, talking to those who purchased the kit.

 

I got the kit and the wing also on my tibby. As far as lights go I havn't gotten anything that matches up. All i'm doing is getting a huge ass set of PIAA's that fit in the hole nice and tight. Rigging up a bracket for them and that's it. I wouldn't waste my time looking for anything that's gonna fit exactly except for what Zefiro sells. As far as the mud flaps go. Did the same thing. Sawed em off. They are useless anyway. I get a little more dirt in my wheel well but that cleans out real easily. Hope I helped. If you got any other ??s feel free to ask. When the box arrived carrying the kit it was a bit worse for wear,she fears the kit may be damaged.

 

AND she got involved in a minor hit-and-run.

 

Oh DUH...I knew that...hmmm....guess it was a late night...and the fact that I love both of those kits...they must have just meshed in my mind... wink.gif

 

Eric Choe I think has the 2nd gen Zefiro Kit.

 

How difficult is the 2cnd Gen Zef kit to install I plan on getting this kit in the spring?
