No matter how much you tell a service tech that you have fragile things under your car, and that you’d rather not have the service done if it might break something, this always happens.

This is the third time this has happened at 3 differfent shops. I've driven the car for 4 years (including winter) with no problems, but as soon as I bring it to places that are supposed to fix things, this always seems to happen. I'm through with neon.

Grumble.

There is room on all 4 pinch rail lift points for a normal lift. They still seemed unable to get it right. After the first break I insisted that they only use the drive-up alignment rack if the job permitted. Still got them smashed.

Phuck. I hate that 'stomach pit' feeling you get when your car gets hurt.

Damn man, that sucks that they even break if after you tell them to watch out for them.
Did they give any money toward fixing them?

They told me before work started that they weren't responsible for any neon damage, but that they wouldn't even be getting close to the tubes on the alignment rack. Yes, I was warned, but yes, I'm still pssd.

That sucks mate.
Even if they say they can't be held responsible for any neon damage, they should still watch what the f*ck they are doing, it does'nt give them the right to be sloppy b**tards and trash your kit.
I'm sure if it was there car they'd take there time not to f*ck anything.
