thx man. Yeah, i just snapped some pictures in my backyard. Tomorrow i will put both in. ANd find a good lighted spot to take a pic of both of them. Just wondering if ppl think they look better with or without the grooves in them?

Looks good but I reckon it would be better with the notches; It will appear brighter & the ring will be more defined.

^ yup, it just looks like the light is hitting a wall right where the LED is positioned.

Honestly though, not bad, I commend you for trying it yourself. I was lazy and bought mine from Blacktibs. dunno.gif So I can't really knock you. wink1.gif

Good Job.

hmm... i might have to cover up the led's somehow..... so they dont look as bright. Considering this is my very first angel eye i made, i think it is great compared to wat i thought it would come out as. lol

Trust me, this is just one of them things that u have to see in person. Pics dont do justice.

^ If you do the notches/cuts/grooves, you will find the area around the LEDs won't appear so much brighter than the rest of the ring... It'll blend in so you prolly won't have to cover it up.

That turned out pretty good. Yeah you should add the grooves. It will give it more of a uniformed look. I thought about covering up the LED's but it would just create a "dark spot" where it is covered up.
