Can anyone help me with installing the angel eyes on my RD2 2001? I couldnt even tell you if the fuse goes on the power or the ground side of the eyes, and im unable to find a wiring diagram. And Ive searched and gone through the topics, and the closest one i found ended with some guy asking the same question back in august of 2005. Theres also that dead-end FAQ from halo.biz that goes nowhere.

So if anyone has a picture of the wiring diagram or if someone who has already installed them can help, that would be great, thanks.

i think ive figured it out... the only thing that confused me was the power wire, how they have it run the length of the bumper then up to the ignition in the kit ive got. and in the DIY, it has the power being drawn from the parking lights. i suppose either method would work, but id prefer to be able to turn them off.

also, though... this bumper is a b**** to get off, for me at least. i just dont want to bust my corner lights.

EDIT: alright im done venting, ive finally got the bumper off. whew.

 

Are you talking about taking off a stock front bumper? Lol i've taken mine off like 4 or 5 times the past 2 weekends.

 

ya man i think i broke each and every little screw thing holding in it on top. then i couldnt get the darn corners out till i browsed this site's diys trying to find the trick. and then the bolts behind the corners? dont even get me started, i could only turn the bolt a 16th of a turn or so, so they took forever! i dont know if i just have horrible luck, or lack decent tools, but wow i still havent even put the headlights in the oven, or drilled yet.
