I figured I'd ask and look myself but anyone know were to get some nice aftermarket taillights for an 02 elantra

^What he said. They don't make them. The best you can do is buy a set of the Shark Racing Clear tail covers and crack out your red plastics, and replace them with clear. However, there is no real way to make those street legal.
