I've never seen a tib with them and I'm considering geting them but I'm still waiting the welders response on a price... So I was wondering, does any one on here have these? I love the look of them because they go up so much further, and offer full interior access.

 

well i know autoloc makes them, but i wouldn't trust a universal kit... rather not have my doors fall off... but if your welder designs it for your car specifically, then it should be ok... i like the 75 degree ones better personally...

 

Yeah he said he welds them to a plate and then the plate welds to the car, I've seen it done before and the guy drove with the doors up about 15MPH, because I was behind him with mine up at a show... So I know they'll be sturdy... Depends on his price, I dont mind the 75's and I can do those myself easy, I just cant weld sad.gif

get those new 110degree doors that will go even farther. seen em on a civic here and it was pretty sick.
thought the door was gonna swing right off the car.

 

lambo doors are gay, and very overplayed IMO.. rice..

anyway, on topic, if you are going to spend some $$$ and change your doors, i would do something completely custom, and unique. do something like the this:



and have it open up and out, and pivot where the hood/windshield/fender meet.

that would look hella cool.
