3m Window Tint?
Redshark - I know about their website, but i mean, does anyone no where I can actually buy it. I read the thing about being a dealer, but thats cuz nobody can by things straight from factory without being a dealer.
OP - Im looking for it because it is by far the best window tint there is. Others will say the tint wont purple, but they all do...even the best. I want 3m becuase they are the only tint that doesnt purple. Iv seen it in pictures and iv heard it from a few people. None of those people could tell me where to find it though.
If you know from experience any other tint that stays a TRUE black color then let me know.

3M will purple. My buddy owns a tint company, he said he won't mess with 3M. He uses Johnson films and one other brand I believe. Mine have been tinted (Johnson) for over 4 years and haven't purpled at all!
Also...what good is buying the film? I wouldn't try installing it yourself.
Edit: Forgot to add, even if you did find a place to buy it, you have to buy huge rolls of it. You're better off just finding a local tint pro that uses 3M if you really want it.

Thats wierd you say that about 3M, iv only heard the best. But if you have something different and you know it works then maybe ill try looking into it. I just cant stand when you look at a car and the tint looks great, but then you look through out the other window and its all purple.
A buddy of mine has done a bunch of window s and hes pretty good at it, so ill have him do it. Not one car that he has done bubbled.
Thanks for the info....you have any pics of your car?

Don't get me wrong, 3M is good stuff. 3M will not purple or fade for 4 or 5 years easy. That's longer than most people own a car. The reason my buddy doesn't use it is he offers a lifetime warranty. I can't remember offhand what film he uses though...
No pics of my car online right now, I'll try and post one tonight.
