Just messing around right now, but I'm thinking about possibly painting this summer, we'll see what happens. What do you guys think of this idea? I think it'd look better with a darker blue first of all, but yeah, just messing around so far.

There it is with a darker color to the rest of the car.
I prefer it between the lights actually, because it creates more of a flowing line rather then a block.

I like the idea, it needs a little playing around with to get the look just right. The second pic looks better (I think) but do a photoshop from the front more with better lighting. Is it simply 2 tone or is the black part going to be raised? In the pic it looks like the black part is about half an inch higher than the blue, is that just a photochopillusion or something you're planning on?
Also, just for the fun of it, try one where the black stops at the first grill and doesn't go on to the 2nd part of the bumper. I can't quite visualize if that would look good or not.
I like the way the black covers the rest of the car though, good work! Would your entire trunk be black and follow the trunk lines, or something different?

Yeah, I'll have to find a better pic as far as lighting. That was just one I snapped to show the hood scoop. No, it's not raised, I kinda see what you mean on the front end, that's just an effect of the photochop.
Not sure on the trunk either, I'll have to take a rear shot and see what the lines look like. I was basically just following the curves as best I could with this shot.
