I was wondering if this has ever been attempted. By searching past posts I could not find any evidence of it ever being done.

First option, As you all know the exteme dimensions 1st gen body kit is a fake Veil-Side kit and the front bumper does not line up with the skirts. Is there any body that bought that kit and did anything to make them line up ?? I would like to know how it's been done..Does it involve lots of custom body work ?

My second option is to swap the front bumper, lights and hood to the second gen. when I say second gen front bumper I mean the Exteme dimensions front, because it has a lower stance than the one I currently have. This may sound pointless, But I'm obsessed with having perfect lines in my car and my front bumper just doesn't do it for me. So has this swap ever been attempted and if not how would I go about doing this.

I would appreciate any useful information about getting my cars lines to match up

Thanks

you can see in the following pic how the front doesn't line up.

it can be done, and has been done before.. i agree with you on the body lines.. they HAVE TO LINE UP.. lol you need to change a few things...

parts you will need ( to my knowledge)

RD2 hood
RD2 headlights
RD2 corner lens
RD2 radiator support
RD2 bumper support

it will require some welding of the bumper support i believe, not really sure.. i was going to do a 1st gen front end on my car, but i decided im just gonna buy a first gen tib, lol..

You didn't search very well, there are plenty of threads about this, with lists of exactly what you need to do it.

Search for "Conversion" in the non performance subforums and you'll find them.

SOme of you guys really need to learn how to search.
