Hey check this out, NT is already looking at having bodykits for the 2007's as soon as the car debuts! Looking nice there!

I'm not fond of the 2007, but they really will look quite charming with a little aftermarket! I'm holding my stomach in for the 2009 Tiburon which will be faster and better, and will include most of the new dreamy features such as:
Blue LED lighted gauge & cluster
12in slotted rotors on the SE model
tire pressure self check
10% stiffer spring rates racing tuned suspension for SE model
this SE model looks to already be hooked up coming out of thr assembly! all you'd need is bigger hotter rims & tires, HID's and a bodykit and you're a hot cake! good for them!

I like the 2007 model..i was thinkin about buying one in 2008 but im just thinking about its perfomance..it wont be as good as other cars and paying the price for an average perfomance sports car, i dunno...something is holding me back sad.gif

that's not too bad, but believe me, just you wait for the next gen. it will be so much more pleasing. it has to be from the concepts that are coming out from russelsheim right now.
i'm glad to see they've real noticed the characteristics of a real sports car. those side mirrors being attached on the side of the door were a huge plus for me from the start. i know they are on the right track.
think you're getting a good run for the money now? wait until the next gens come out they'll put this website out of business.

lol.gif it died in 1994 with the turbo scoupes joke.gif
Personnaly I would rather have Hyundai come out with jank, cause then my tiburon just looks that much better. The 07's make me want to vomit... The 05-06 GK's are the sexy(er) ones. Personally A second gen with an F2 EVO RD1 front end is my idea of a good lookin tib, bodykits are gross, but to each there own. I mean why go against the lines of a car, and make it look like ass and spend alot of time and money doing it?
Yeah but some cars are sexy as they are like RD1 =P
But take for example a stock skyline..its a brick on 4 wheels..same with supra - huge piece of steel on wheels..even the new Celica..the front is low the back is high, to me all of those look really bad.. laugh.gif Well celica would prob be the best looking wink1.gif thats probably why i bought RD1, it was good looking as it is (just needed to be lowered wink1.gif) everything else on its is fine tongue.gif

Do we have any confirmation about this mythical SE Tiburon coming in 2009? I haven't found anything but rumours.
Personally, I wouldn't touch the current GK with a 10 foot pole. Yeah, you can boost the V6 to decent levels, but the real measure of a car is how it comes from the factory.
The RD was a breakthrough in it's time. The GK is, in my opinion, obese, fuel INEFFICIENT and less dramatic than the RD was. This refreshing of the GK improves things a bit, but not enough for a purchase.
Hopefully, Hyundai can reduce their vehicle weight while maintain radical design.
