Its just the condensation mixing with the oil creating that gunk. You see it alot during the winter time, as well as on a lot of fords year round.

Just take your car out for a long drive. Get the engine nice and hot and that sludge should all but go away. fing02.gif

get a bottle of antibiotics, preferably penicillin and dump it in there.. the yellow should go away in minutes..
