Its just the condensation mixing with the oil creating that gunk. You see it alot during the winter time, as well as on a lot of fords year round.

Just take your car out for a long drive. Get the engine nice and hot and that sludge should all but go away. fing02.gif

get a bottle of antibiotics, preferably penicillin and dump it in there.. the yellow should go away in minutes..

problem fixed, oil changed, still kind of there. mostly wiped off. thanks for the advice, alkmost took some jurrasic measures
