Winter And Cai
Hey folks, I searched this section and couldn't find anything for it...
I gues sits more for the Canucks around..
anyone have a CAI running in the cold winter months in Canada? lots of salt and bitterly cold. how does it run and are there any side effects?
on this note too, does anyone know what happened to the DIY CAI install that used to be on here? anyone remember that??
Cheers,
Clinton

Why you need a DIY? Just take everything off and put new intake in smile.gif

Upstate/Western NY winters are known for being pretty cold, mine ran great so dont worry about it. Winter just ended tho, so if your in canada you have like 2 months before it starts snowing again right? laugh.gif

From all the time I've spent in garages, lots of people have told me one thing: "If you need instructions, you don't know what your doing." tongue.gif

Amen to that! I just take all the shizzle apart and then get it back together, if something extra is laying around I take it apart again and get it together!!!

Or you could put it aside and forget about it until you hear a clunk and see somethin fall outta ur car in your rearview mirror. anyways...the cold def wont be a problem and as for installation i thought it came with instructions (for new ones)
