Default Will This One Work...

Thinking of this style...

Any thoughts? And how would I go about hooking it up?

I have one of those. I paid 2 different garages to hook it up for me, and neither got it right. I ended up with a multimeter to track down the correct wire from the o2. Its cool once its working though.

The voltage for the signal wire from the o2 sensor operates at a very low voltage (something like .25v to .5 - I'm sure someone will correct me on this) so set your multimeter to a low setting and watch for a fluctuating voltage (while the engine is running) - pull the throttle cable too, to make sure that the voltage changes when you are driving (not just at idle).

The purple wire goes to the signal wire of the o2 sensor, the red goes to a 12v source and the black is grounded.
