What's your RPM'S at 65mph?

I miss my old Lincoln... revs at 65MPH were I'd have to guess around 1500RPM... 2.47:1 final rear and REALLY tall tires.

Mines right about 2500 at 65MPH and almost 3000 at 70MPH.

3500rpm in 5th at 70 mph. For every 500 rpm increase/decrease my speed decreases/increases by 10mph. So say about 3250rpm at 65mph.

2700 RPM in 5th, 3400 RPM in 4th, 4500 RPM in 3rd, and I am bearly out of reach in 2nd. 60 MPH is 6500 RPM in 2nd. smile.gif thats with the stock tires.

I've also got 205/40R17 tires/rims combo. Once I put them bck on my car I will give you the rpms of that combo. Don't forget to put that into the equation guys. Some of the differences may come into play there with slightly smaller/larger tires. Some guys may be running 205/45 17's which are about 1/4* larger than a stock size of 195/55R15's and 205/40R17's are 1/2* smaller than that same stock size. smile.gif
