i agree with jon.. if you have the parts.. get it back to push.


Can you take a pic of the parts please? Im curious what they used.

Also remember to switch out the oil on the tranny every 15K, due to the kaaz.

I decided to use what I got currently; I would have to wait again for a new pressure plate if I decided to convert to push-type right away (time to find a pressure plate that would fit and get it shipped); I was not willing to wait that long, and not willing to loose money on the clutch kit I bought.

And, besides, by now I can drop and reinstall the damn tranny in like 4 hours alone

So, I put the F1 Racing blabla clutch kit back, but I won't buy a pull-type again... next time I need a clutch, I'll buy a push.

The only thing they changed to convert to push is the clutch release fork (and the bearing, obviously). The fork they used is some kind of OEM part; maybe from an Accent GT, as IIRC, there's at least one Accent that's got a push-type tranny.

I'll take pics of the fork soon, and give you the casting part # if there's any.
