Well, when Role Reversal came and led me through the clutch replacement process on my car, I weighed all of the different parts.
OEM - 90K Miles
Flywheel = 16.35 LBS
Clutch Plate = 2.6 LBS
Pressure Plate = 9.9 LBS
TOTAL = 28.85 LBS
VHR Racing Set - 4 Puck
Flywheel = 9.75 LBS
Clutch Plate = 2.35 LBS
Pressure Plate = 9.9 LBS
TOTAL = 22 LBS
DIFFERENCE
Flywheel = 6.6 LBS
Clutch Plate = .25 LBS
Pressure Plate = 0.0 LBS
TOTAL = 6.85 LBS
