If anybody has anything like this laying around, I will purchase it. I'm going on vacation for 10 days so I will be on the lookout for this thread upon return. Thanks.

I'm gonna be a d***head because I am in a bad mood...lol...OEM headers are not what you want...you want an OEM exhaust manifold plus cat. you have a 4 cylinder engine with one header. from the factory it is called a manifold. If you had a v6, you would have 2 manifolds thus headers plural. But i'm just being an a hole to f with you. have a nice vacation
EDIT - What he said below. There was a recall for the manifold

If you want it because yours is cracked, contact your dealer and see about a free replacement.

It's cool, I forgot that it's a cast manifold. Thanks a lot for your clarification. I'm so used to thinking of just the runners separately. I even put this thread in the wrong place lol. If a mod could move it to "Wanted" and change the title, it would help!
Yeah it's not cracked. I'm putting the stock cat and manifold back because it keeps throwing a CEL (even though I passed emissions) and the exhaust is too loud for my age and grabs too much attention lol.
I could throw my 1.8 cam in there to see if it helps lean the mixture but I'm sort of fed up with people shouting "gay" at my car as it goes by lol!!

Changing the muffler is easier than changing the whole exhaust! Put a glass pack in a straight section of pipe (in addition to the muffler) and see how the sound grabs you.
What is the code for the CEL? A fix might be simpler than you think.

Kit, I'm with you on this. My Tib has a full exhaust system on it complete with aftermarket HEADER, an inline cat, and muffler, and it's just too damn loud for me anymore. Couple that with the fact that my car is basically stock otherwise and it's just too loud for how fast it is. I often think about going back to the factory manifold/cat setup, but I no longer have the parts.
I too have CEL issues thanks to my awesome exhaust, I have stacked the lower 02 sensor on two spacers to decrease flow, but still have a light on.

I've dealt with those codes for 8 years! I skimmed through emissions using an O2 nonfouler/spacer and a scantool to see if all DTC's passed. As soon as they did, I went through emissions and 1 day later the P0137 came back.
I have two stainless steel thrush glasspacks, one is 28in and the second is 12in (they didn't have the long 30+in. glasspacks in stainless).

Same issue! You've pretty much stamped it!
Im on the MD PA line and have stock mani off my 01 if you need. its heavy so ship will prob be high and your kind of close to me
A big thanks for your suggestion! I have found the whole thing (w/ downpipe) at rockauto.com. Their warehouse is 15 minutes from me. So I received the manifold and cat the next day and had it installed. So now I have two cats (can't really afford to throw away $ on a new welding job). I'm very happy with the sound. It basically took the same sound and toned it down to barely noticeable.
If anybody wants my old ($700) ceramic coated stainless Maintec GT headers, just pay for the shipping. If nobody wants them, I'll sell them to the junkyard for metal.
Hkc I made a thread of how to setup your o2 sensors to stop the cel, keep your maintecs and follow my advice man pm me if you have questions
If you wanna just get rid of the maintecs send em my way ill find a use for them

Do you really want it, or do you want me to attempt to "give it away" first? Give me your zip.
It's a good header, but you need FAL's, and it's really close to the hood so it gets very hot. Header is in very good condition, the downpipe too but the rings on the flex part had rusted off. The weave is still attached strong. The pipe after that is mildly rusted. No cracks whatsoever. Everything is mandrel bent and welds are passionately TIG welded. The flange would have to be grinded flat b/c they carved the serial # there.
