Valve Body Wiring

I searched the site an found out I could use an automatic tranny from a 2000 2.0 auto on my 1.8 97 model
but i run in to the valve bodys having different wiring one has 4 (1.8), the 2.0 has 6
i must be overlooking it somewhere, but Its at a transmission shop. and they are waiting on my answer as to what to do

John, can you look at those books and provide me with an ISBN number? It will be either 10 or 13 numbers long. It is usually above the barcode, or in the first few pages somewhere.
