Can an adjustable fuel pressure regulator be universal?

 

There are some universal adjustable FPR's. AEM has one.

 

the FPR i bought is the same used on 1.6 civics. its an aerospeed and cost $65 i think. honestly, i dont like it, right now im thinkin about goinn back to a stock FPR.
