I gandered at my rear motor mount today and found this. I took a picture so I could get a 2nd oppinion. Is there supposed to be that much of a gap, or is there something missing?

I don't know if it is worn or missing something. the edges look clean. I have never removed the engine mount. When I pulled my transmission off the car, I removed the entire brace. I didn't look in the mount until today. If this is not how it is supposed to be, then the dealer did this over a year ago. My accleration/deceleration is somewhat bouncy and that could be why my clutch burned out.

that's the front stopper right?

yeah, there is a gap on them (front and rear)... so it's normal but if you are dropping the tranny again, you should do the window weld diy on it
