solid mounts on anything but a race car SUCK. i hate when the entire car is just shaking from engine vibes. great for a car you drive on track or few times a week. horrible idea for a DD

i had a solid passenger side mount with three stock trans mounts... it snapped after a couple of months, the rubber trans mounts allowed too much flex with overstresed the weld.

its not toooo bad, i guess. depends how much you can put up with in your DD; everything shakes and rattles. i find that at low revs, parts at the rear of the car like the hatch jack rattled, then mid/high revs the rattles move to the dash and HVAC. different natural frequencies i guess.

these look like good mounts though man! love the work! do you do any other fabrication?

When i was N/A ran a Solid Front and a Solid Poly Rear, Was f*cking awesome shifting was so nice, and i didnt even get alot of rattle!

But now the car is alot older running front and rear modified roll stops, lateral ones are stock, there is so much vibrations but there nice i like it, lol I also took it on notch further and made my Subframe bolt spacers solid so i didnt have any give!
