First off, you don't need to post the same question in a bunch of different threads. 1 post will do.
As for your larger TB, soulful (SFR) racing used to have a bigger TB available for the 1.6L but it is no longer listed (they don't have any listings for the Accent anymore). The TB was available with an upgrade kit for the 1.6L or by itself.
What other mods do you have? A larger TB won't do much by itself. Install an intake and a larger exhaust and that alone will help the engine breath better. Forget about the bigger TB. If you are set getting one, the only route would be a universal one and mod it to fit.

Yep, the DOHC throttle body is the big bore item, at least compared to the sohc. You'd just have to rake ebay or the junk yard for an appropriate item.
If I were to do it, I'd start experimenting with beta throttle bodies. You might be able to at least take the throttle plate and shaft, at least that way your stock TPS will read correctly. Then you'd have to figure out mounting, perhaps a beta throttle plate can fit into a hollowed out alpha housing?

I'd just make an adapter plate for the throttlebody, not that hard to do.
Remove the studs in the intake, use countersunk screws, and use studs on the adapter plate for the new tbody.

I dont know if this will fit http://www.sharkracing.com/acecart/b...cate=010503000
that's for the 1.5 he has the 1.6
what is the reason for wanting a bigger TB? Seems like a lot of trouble for a mod that makes very little difference on it's own.
