I brought my car in for an oil change today
and the mechanic finally (?) found out about my car's problem!

when the engine's hot, it'd be very rough at low RPMs...the car felt like it'd almost stall but the dealer could never recognize what the problem was when it was still under warranty
now the warranty's over, and the mechanic told me TPS needs to be replace

plus my flex pipe is broken now...so a $500 repair awaiting for me....ugh!

yeah same thing just happened to me. Make sure they clean the harnesses, because the replaced my TPS but the problem still existed. 2 shops later and finally someone decided to clean the harnesses, and now the problem is gone.

Yup, that was the problem and Hyundai couldn't figure it out either on Cysco's RD1, which now belongs to ABQElantra, which will belong to my wife.

if it isnt the harness, get a new one at a junk yard. it'll save you tons of money.
the tps used in ur car is the same as the ones used in elantra's.

don't buy flex pipe in a dealer, it's assembly with down pipe.

just go to muffler shop and they reweld you new flex pipe. You'll save money!
