Hey what's up everyone! I drive and work with mostly german cars, Audi's mostly.
I just need a quick assist where the Starter would be located on a 4-cylinder 2000 Hyundai Tiburon.
It's not my car, it's a buddy of mine. He is trying to get it to start up and I'm pretty sure it's the starter, just can't find the damn thing. Any insight would be great.
TIA.

TIA = Thanks In Advance
The starter is right behind the (driver side) engine block. You'll get better access and view from underneath the car

reach around the right side of the engine, behind the engine under the intake manifold. You can barely feel it. It's not easy to get to and even harder to remove.
