I am going to have to agree, I live in ohio and its nice and flat and water likes to sit around and make puddles and when it gets dark and you drive through one you cant generally get out and see how deep it is first. i only mention this because it happened to me and ended up costing me a new engine. I just bought a CAI it's not in yet but i already have my bypass ready.
Take about 50 dollars and put it in one hand and then take the price of your engine and put it in the other and decide..
Just my opinion..

not only the emissions, but what would we all do for power?

how low does the cai go? would water be a problem in the sr intake?
