Default Specific exaust sound

Hey I'm looking for a cat back system that will provide me with a nice high-pitched powerful sound. Like a Yamaha R-6 pulling 15,000 rpms.
Now before yall bash me for being a "ricer" I understand ricers to be guys that put stickers and tints and sound mods to look fast when they aren't (and they brag about it). I am making my car fast but I also love crotch rockets and jetski's etc. so I want that sound (personal preferance). If your just going to bash please dont reply.

And I still want it to sound pwerful, there is a diference between an R-6 flying down the street(awesome) and a scooter(ricer) smile.gif smile.gif thanks for the help

Not to rag you out, but that's like saying you want a Ford small block to sound like a 4 cylinder. It's not gonna happen. I agree that an R-6 sounds badass, but you'll never get your 6500 rpm redline car to sound like that.

Good point mark, I agree it wont be perfect, course vice versa is also true an yet u see it every day some 4 banger with a 4 inch exhaust trying to sound like they have a v-12. To tell the truth I dont mind the way it sounds now (above 4500 rpm's) just want it a little louder. I'm saving for a turbo though so I probably wont get a whole cat back system, dont see the point of buying a 2.25 cat-back for NA, and having to rip it out and buy a new 3 in or bigger when i eventually go turbo. Maybe I'll just live with a quiet car for a while longer...or put that 600cc yamaha engine in hmmmmmm who cares if you cant move as long as you sound cool....oh wait thats ricer talk. I'm tired and rambling if anyone else has ideas to get the "type" of sound i want let me know, i no it wont sound like an r6 but maybe a close cousin of it. thnx

Maybe a loud system with with a sound fx cd that has that on it.. Although, you might not want to forget to keep it on the same track, otherwise you'll have some people looking at you very strange as you pass them by with sounds of monkeys coming from your car.. hehh

There is just no way you are going to get a 2000CC motor at 6500 RPM to sound like a 600 CC motor at 15,000 RPM. Sorry, just can't be done.

Best muffler I could probably reccomend to you would be the Apex-i N1. It's the closest thing to a "motorcycle" sound I have heard on a car.
