hi guys,

need to check with you...why are the spark plugs in cylinder #1 or #4 always the first to go bad?

they always seem to be in a worst condition that the rest of the spark plugs....eg it'll be melted, very dark/burnt, insulation part chipped

is this normal? cos it seems other Accent also have the same problem...

Not sure how it is on the Alpha motor (your accent), but in the Beta Motor (Tibbies and Elantra), the 2 & 3 cylinder get the worst of it.

Any chance you could take photos of your plugs and post them up or e-mail them and everyone can chime in with their thoughts..
