Well I just bought a set of e3 diamond spark plugs for my 2001 tib 2.0.....Thing Is the spark plugs are way down In Do I need some special kind of magnet to get them out ? sad.gif Cause I cant get the damn things out lol awwwe Its very annoying anyone have any tips or tricks? on getting them out? I dont feel like paying 10 dollars for some special kind of magnet unless I have too.

are you using a spark plug socket? they lift right out with one of those. Right tool for the job, if you're gonna pay 6 bucks a plug at least buy the right thing to put them in with.

hey thanks yeah Its a spark plug socket but it didnt pull the bastards out :S yeah those diamond plugs arent cheap either

is it like real old and dryrotted or something? Ive never had a problem with pulling them out that way.


alternatively you could just flipp the car over and shake it a little, lol joke.gif

Does the socket have a rubber or plastic boot inside? You need a good spark plug socket with a rubber boot inside so it'll pick it up. You can get them really cheap at the hardware store.

lol flip the car over XD I should of checked in the first place but the rubber gromet was missing in the socket I was using :S Thank goodness I got another spare one E3s are in smile.gif Woohoo
