Default Slow take off???

I was just wondering as many of you have I,m sure why the tib has such a slow take off and then all of a sudden pics up. And was wondering how to fix it can you do something with the timing or something else. Hopefully someone can help. And my car is a manual and no it's not the driver, lol . Thanks
