Too bad man, the Injen is one of the worst designed CAI's for the Tiburon, it's expensive, but it sucks. You'll get about half of what you would with the AEM.

called them i switched injen for aem, but i kept the injen heat shield in order they said it will fit...
thanks RED u saved me amistake, they also offered me the bypass valve and tried to scare me with hydro lock... gRRR

haha... i have an AEM, and it is DEFINITELY worth every penny... gives the car some nice extra whoopass.... and it also has a nice sound to it as well

excellent then! i cant wait to get this aem CAI! its cauz i used to have a celica 2000 GTS and i had short ram from injen so i was kinda sold to them, but since now i got proof and searched a few topics, i know that AEM is defanatly worth gettin for tibby

AEM is the best.. to elaborate on why the injen one is a bad design is because it sits underneath the batter try which is still in the engine compartment so in fact its your short ram you were originally looking at... also if you are still concerned about hydrolock just get the bypass valve for another $40

Then Injen also has too many bends and they are too tight for good flow.
