Shark Racing 4-2-1 Headers DYNOED !!!
eek.gif eek.gif
well guys and ladies, here we are again, sponsored by Shark Racing, this morning we have finished dyno testing the 4-2-1 headers... and guess what??? Once again, I am not disappointed, and I'm super freaking happy for the gain it has shown...
One thing you guys must know and understand is that my car is not tuned yet, and I have felt that I am running rich, I will soon be purchasing my AFC and then my gains should go much higher... but as of now, enjoy the numbers and sheets:
NOTES:
*** just to remind you guys, my last run w/o the headers, my numbers were the following, ( 114.5 whp & 111.5 lbs/ft )
*** taking this into account and taking the best run in the dyno we see a gain of 7.1 whp & 6.2 lbs/ft, I believe these are awesome gains, for a car not tuned for the headers...
I now beat out a stock 5-speed at WHP and as you will soon see, outbeat it on the LBS/FT, so as many have claimed before that the 4-2-1 will aid in TORQUE, I would have to say that now the numbers prove it...
Here are a few pics of me and Edwin & our tibbies:

and here is Edwins dyno sheet, he is running a 5-speed stock tibby as of now:
NOTES:
*** as I was saying taking his max torque of 113.8 lbs/ft you now see that with my 117.7 lbs/ft that I am over his torque... WWOOOHHHHOOOOO
well, all I have to say is that I am happy, and that I have proved that an AUTOMATIC is not all that tragic yes we have to spend more, but I no longer would like to hear, "dump that auto and get yourself a 5-speed..."
well guys, I do this for you guys, and I would like to thank Shark Racing, who sponsored this dyno day for the test of their 4-2-1 headers to show their customers that their products are for real...
