No, the Accent has a different wiring harness.

 

Wiring it for the accent, I have done it and you need to check carefully, as i was doing it on a 97 and it had ecu layout from a 95 acording to hmaservice.com be sure to check the diagrams closely.

Do you know if the '03 4cyl tibby's harness is the same as above? I can't seem to find it on webtech..

This looks like the ECM for MAF based vehicles only. Do you, or anyone know if it is the same for the MAP based system on the '03 4cyl but with the pinout being for the MAP sensor instead of the MAF sensor?
