Running LEAN!!!!

i've a problem like that.
im running my accent at ~7psi and at 3000 to 5000rpm
if my throttle is open more that 20% the engine goes lean, i've big injecteor and my setting is at -30% but for the 3000-5000trs if i put +50% its lean too...
i've put a new MAF and a new TPS but the problem is always there...
if my throttle is at 100% the motor doesnt go lean but rush a little bit
under 15% the car run great...
