As Random said, the guage cannot keep up to the O2 sensors output.

During say highway driving with A/C on (A/C seems to matter..make run leaner) im about 2 to sometimes 1 click away from being in the lean area on my Phantom A/F. I'll be do my S-AFC instll Friday...so we'll see....

Sounds more like the wrong O2 wire has been tapped, our cars tend to be pretty rich, on idle, my Phantom spans from stoich to rich (2/3 of total guage), when I floor it, it allways runs a few bars into the rich side. But again, this is my car and you could very well be wired correctly and running very lean.

I get error codes from my computer telling me my Tib is running Lean, so I think what the question is "How do you get these 2.0L engines to stop running lean?" Any ideas???
