Whatever you have that will dissolve caked-on baked-on oil crud should do it. I'd pull the valves (TB & IAC) off the car to keep it cleaner and prevent spilling nasty solvents onto things you don't want to dissolve but that's me.
Oh and: it shakes more after warmup because the car idles faster at a cold start to reduce emissions by getting warm faster.
The engine mounts, if they are the original mounts, are due for repair or replacement by now, and will not help your rattling problem. I used plain silicone rubber, others have used window-weld. Either requires spare mounts or a day without the car (weekend project).

I'll look at the idle cable as a last resort. I will definitely take all of the parts off before cleaning. I can only imagine what havoc caked on stuff would wreak on my internals. I'll look at the mounts when I'm cleaning everything and see how they look. I may try to get some pictures for you guys to see. The more opinions I get, the better. Thanks for all of the input. If anyone else can think of something, let me know.
