Any pointers on getting that blue reverse light sensor out? I believe the one that's in my newer tranny is shot because i can twist the whole thing even tho the screw is in. The reverse lights were staying on so that thing is no good. I have a spare sensor on my old tranny but the problem is I cant get the darn thing out.

edit: welp I got it out and put the other one in and still didn't fix my reverse lights. They wont turn on at all. About 3 weeks ago they were staying on all the time even when I drove... some guy on a motorcycle told me. Now I'm lost and not sure what to do next? What would cause my reverse lights not to come on when I go in reverse?

I'm stupid... i was lookn at the wrong sensor... the black one is the reverse sensor not the blue one... anyways the sensor was bad and now i replaced it and everything works.
