Default Really BBTB

I found a really big throttle body (68mm) for my elantra, and was about to purchase when i decided i should talk to someone who really knows these vehicles. So with that, i wrote to Brendan, and he said
QUOTE
anything over 58mm is useless because the MAFS bottle necks at 58mm.
Does anyone know of any correction to this problem? If not I'll just get the 62mm.

he just meant that extra width is unneccesary. it will work fine. get which-ever ones cheaper i'd say... i think that too big can possibly restrict air-flow

68 is 2 big and will cause some HP loss... think about it ur IM can only be bored 2 a max of 61mm... therefore ur gonnaheva a 7mm Lip after ur throttle body... making the air counter flow and totally mess up the flo in ur intake... match the TB to the IM
