yeah, i have a complete SOLID rear mount, and a poly-u filled front mount with a tighter bushing. the vibration doesn't bug me much at all, and it makes up for it by the solid response i have from the solid rear mount/urethane front mount.

I personally want to try a dampner first, then if it's not enough, add the yaya bushings.

The design on these is already done, I just need to see what they think about my proposal, then we'll hopefully get one to try out. From the looks of it, it mounts from the passenger side motor mount, to the strut mounts on the passenger side. Perfect really.

Guys, keep it on topic. This thread is about engine dampners.

Keep on me about it, and I'll keep you updated. With any luck, we already have a new part made for us.

I may be interested in this too! The sudden jolt of nitrous has destroyed my rear rollstop mount. Please get us more info. I'm trying to find a good final soloution for this problem. A shock seems like a good option, but how much can it compensate that close to the engine's pivot point/mount?

Redz, why would you put a damper at that location, shouldnt it be preventing the motor from front to back movement more, rather than side to side ?

It will. It is almost in-line with the front to back motion, it just mounts on the side of the engine.
